Warranty
All Tuxton China Inc. products are warranted against edge chipping, under normal usage and handling conditions. Tuxton China Inc. will replace or provide a replacement on a one-for-one basis for any china returned and found upon examination to be defective.
lifetime edge chip limited warranty
All breakage or chipping caused by abnormal/abusive use (or "mishandling"), is excluded from the warranty. Tuxton China Inc. reserves the right to determine whether or not the chipping is from normal usage or the result of mishandling. This warranty does not cover any other type of breakage.

Claims must be submitted with the chipped items and a copy of the authorized Tuxton China Inc. dealer invoice. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. No collect shipments will be accepted. Replacements will be shipped freight prepaid. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery.
